Does anyone know what this is? It is an inscription in a book of riddles, rhymed , called "A Century of Charades", by William Bellamy, published by Houghton, Mifflin and Company- The Riverside Press, Cambridge 1896. There is a key to answers in the back of the book, a key not to divulge the answers, but to verify the correctness of a guess!! The person who wrote the inscription also wrote his guesses in that same alphabet/code pictured above...

It seems to be some kind of shorthand, maybe Gregg??

Fukuyama endorsed Barack Obama in the 2008 US presidential election. He states:^[24]
